Oj The invention relates to computing technology and can be used in the construction of optical storage devices. The aim of the invention is to increase the reliability of an optical disk storage device. FIG. Figures 1-6 illustrate optical disk storage (memory disk) options. The optical disk storage device (Fig. 1) contains a transparent substrate 1 on which a sensitive recording layer 2 is applied which can be changed under the Radiation Effect. The disk-shaped cover 3 is attached to the substrate 1 at some distance from the layer 2 by means of damping elements in the form of rings 4 and 5, so that the cavity 6 is closed between the substrate and the cover. The cover 3 is identical to the substrate 1 and is also provided with a sensitive recording layer (not shown). In this way, a double-sided disk storage device is obtained, with one substrate forming a lid for the other substrate. Rings 4 and 5 are concentric annular struts. The annular spacer 4 includes a part 7, which extends beyond the circumference of the substrate and the cover 3 and serves as a balancing means for correcting the eccentric position of the center of mass of the memory disk. For this purpose, holes 8 can be made in the ring so that the material is removed locally. In many cases this is not enough, and mounting a balancing mass, such as lead, on the protruding part of the ring 4. This can be used holes 8. Claims (3) [1] 1. An optical disk storage device containing a transparent disk-shaped substrate, on one surface of which a sensitive recording layer is applied, the outer diameter of which is less than the diameter of the outer circumference of the substrate, and the inner one is larger than its internal diameter, a disk-shaped clip above recording layer by the size of the substrate, bonded to the substrate by means of adhesive, and the damping element in the form of a ring placed around the outer circumference of the substrate, the outer diameter of the ring being larger than the outer the diameter of the substrate, characterized in that, in order to increase the reliability of the device, holes protruding on the part of the ring of the damping element protruding behind the substrate are made for a balancing mass.
